Say hello to Summer with this peony heart wreath. Made with a Lightning White base, this hand knitted heart wreath is decorated with faux peonies. It also has a burlap fabric loop attached at the top so you can hang your wreath around your home (or you can lean it against a wall on a shelf/windowsill).
