Say hello to Summer with this sunflower heart wreath. Made with a Lightning White base, this hand knitted heart wreath is decorated with sunflowers and eucalyptus leaves. It also has a burlap fabric loop attached at the top so you can hang your wreath around your home (or you can lean it against a wall on a shelf/windowsill).
